Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.
Be in the same condition as when it was received.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of any supplements, beauty products, or consumable goods that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are no longer in their original condition.

All products are carefully inspected and quality checked prior to dispatch to ensure they leave our facility in perfect condition.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pwrrr.com within the applicable return period.

When contacting us, you must provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage (if applicable).

Our team will review the information provided and determine whether the return request meets our eligibility requirements.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions via email. Please note that the return address will only be provided after the requested photographs have been reviewed and the return has been authorised by our customer support team.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@pwrrr.com as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of:

The product received.
The packaging.
Any visible damage.

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened supplements or beauty products.
Used or partially consumed products.
Products not in their original condition.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items.
Customised or personalised products.
Perishable goods.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item once the return process has been completed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

However, due to health protection and hygiene regulations, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery. Therefore, any supplement or beauty product that has been opened or unsealed cannot be returned under the cooling-off provisions.

Returned items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@pwrrr.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
